ICRAR-UWA Primary Carer Conference Support Scheme Application Form

Before submitting your application, please make sure that you have read the funding guidelines for this scheme.

Have you already obtained approval from your supervisor to attend the conference?
Focus on the value of attending the conference and the need for support and why this constitutes extraordinary caring arrangements.
Please note that Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) will likely be payable on some of the activities funded by this scheme. AS such, the grant request needs to include a FBT component which UWA will retain for payment to the Australian Taxation Office. Any additional FBT not specified will need to be paid by the recipient.
